Corporations:
The filing fee is $20.
There is an additional $20 fee if changes are made to the registered agent/office in section 6.
LLCs:
The filing fee is a minimum of $300 and a maximum of $3000. The fee is based on the number of members and calculates at $50 per member.
Online filings:
An additional $1 transaction fee per report and a card processing fee of 2% of the amount of fees owed.

Which methods of payment can I use?
Submittors may pay with American Express, Discover, or a credit, check, or debit card that has the Mastercard or Visa logo. A 2% card processing fee will be added to your fee.
